Now home in Normandy after 10 days in Chartres, I can begin to write again!
I am always looking for the better places to eat — the tourism trade is big in Chartres, and there are plenty of restaurants that serve up plenty of food.
But 20 years of restaurants in this medieval village gives me only a handful to frequent.
